What Rachel does
Rachel is an accredited member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners, and joined the firm as a trainee in 1991. She initially worked within our Litigation Department where she gained considerable experience in dealing with contentious matters such as disputes over Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. As well as preparing the aforementioned, she deals with Estate Administration and Court of Protection orders.
About Rachel
‘Rachel is a Trustee of our Local Hospice Dr Kershaws, and also a Trustee on the local schools educational Trust Board, Sola Fide.
Rachel is an active member of St Anne’s Church in Lydgate, where she’s on the Parish Hall Management Committee and runs the Youth Club. In her spare time she likes to swim.
Rachel is pleased to be involved with the Career Ready mentoring scheme at Oldham College where she helps students along their path to employment.
